  • Why should I use your service?
    Because we can save you time and money as well as help reduce the traffic and air pollution on the island. Living in Hawaii is expensive and food costs are a big expense for most people. Buying from Costco is a great way to save money through buying in bulk. But who wants to spend 2 -3 hours of their life shopping when there are much better things you can do here in paradise? That's where we come in. We'll do the shopping for you and still save you money if you were to go to your local gorcery store.
  • How do I place an order?
    This is very simple. Just go to our shopping page and add the items you want to your cart. After your finished shopping, click on your shopping cart, located at the top or bottom of the page. You can then check out and pay for your items online. Please make sure to include information about where you would like your items left if you wont be home. Also, please place your order no later than the night before you would like it delivered.
  • How much do you charge or your services?
    We charge a base fee of $25 for for each order to deliver to your door. This fee will be reduced depnding upon how many items you order. You will be charged an intial $25 when placing your order which will be partially refunded after delivering your items. This covers our gas and other expenses. We will then add a delivery charge of $1-$2 to most items, sometimes more, which is already added into the prices displayed. This will depend on the items size, weight, price, and wether or not is has to be kept cold. We try to keep your costs as low as possible while making our business sustainable as well.
  • Do you adjust your prices for the current sales at Costco?
    No, we do not. Due to the limit on the amount of items Costco allows you to purchase at the sale price, we cannot offer this price as it would get too complicated with multiple orders. Our prices are marked up from the original price, not sale.
  • Should I leave a tip for the driver?
    You do not have to leave a tip but they are always appreciated :)
  • What days do you deliver?
    We go shopping and deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • What time can I expect my items to be delivered?
    We normally start our deliveries around 12pm and depending upon where you live, you can expect them between 12pm and 3pm. We make our way from Lihue to Hanalei and deliver to those first along that route.
  • If I'm not home at the time of delivery, can you place the items inside my house?"
    Yes, we are happy to place the items inside your home. Leave instructions with us and contact us after placing your order to make arrangements 808-464-6436. We can place items in your fridge or freezer or leave them in your kitchen. If you have a garage you would like us to leave them in, we can do this as well.
  • What if I do not want you to have access to my house?
    This is fine with us but be aware that we will leave the items on your doorstep. If you are purchasing refrigerated or frozen foods, it is up to you to place a cooler outside for us to store them in. We are not responsible for any stolen or damaged items.
  • How much do you charge to deliver Home Depot products?
    We will pick up one bag or medium sized item from Home Depot for an Initial $35. Each additional Bag or item is an additional charge. Please contact us by phone for a proper quote.   • Will you do the shopping at Home Depot for me?
    Yes, we will do the shopping at a minimum charge of $25 in addition to the delivery cost of $35. We are not responsible for purchasing the worng products but will do our best. This is why we encourage you to purchase online first. We will not be responsible for returning any items that were purchased. Please contact us for a better quote.   • If I order something, is it guaranteed to be delivered?"
    We cannot guarantee that all items you order will be delivered. Sometimes Costco runs out of things or discontinues a product. If you have paid for an item that we are unable to purchase, we will contact you and issue a refund.
  • What if there is an item I want and don't see?
    First, try to use the search bar at the top of the page to find it. If we don't offer this item, send us a message and we will consider putting it on the shopping page. Some items are not always available at Costco, so this could also be a reason you don't see it. We try to provide more popular items that Costco usually has in stock.
  • What happens if I want to return something?
    At this time, we do not take returns for items. We will do our best to make sure we get you the freshest and best items from Costco. If you want to return something to Costco, they will most likely let you exchange it for another one without a receipt.   • Do I have to be a member of Costco to use your service?
    No you don't. We have a business membership and will do the shopping for you.
  • How can I get in touch with you?

  • Can I come and pick my items up somewhere?
    Currently we do not offer this option. No need to waste your time doing that though, we are happy to bring them to your door.
  • What if I have placed my order but I want to make changes or add an item?
    If you have already placed your order and want to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If you forgot to add an item, you can just place another order with this item.
  • Do you have a minimum number of items that need to be ordered for a delivery?
    No, there is no minimum number of items you need to order. Although, the more you buy, the cheaper the initial delivery cost is.
  • Why have the prices to some items changed on my updated receipt?
    Costco is often raising or lowering their prices, therefore if we go shopping and your grapes have been reduced $5, we will adjust this on your updated receipt after we have delivered your items. Same applies if they have raised the price of an item. When we see these changes, we adjust them on the invoice and update them to the website to keep prices as current as possible.
